MicroDevice Prototyping Facility

UCF's MicroDevice Prototyping Facility is a deticated user facility, that is open to both our campus and our community. We strive to educate and enable fabrication technologies with low fees and available low cost student labor. Our facilities are capable of wafer-scale fabrication including MEMS, opto-electronics, nano-photonics, semiconductor devices, and microfluidics.
